Warranty
Fauna Components Inc. stands behind our products. Every Fauna product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If something fails because of how we made it, we'll repair or replace it.
Beyond that, we'd rather you reach out than not. Whatever the situation or timeline, if you have a problem or a concern with one of our products, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Repairs & spare parts
We fully support the repair and modification of our products, and we can supply individual spare parts for everything we make. If you'd rather fix it than replace it, get in touch and we'll help you source the part.
Theft replacement
Bike theft sucks. If your bike is stolen with a Fauna product on it and isn't recovered, we'll replace your Fauna gear for free.
Your statutory rights
Many countries and jurisdictions have consumer protection laws that set minimum warranty conditions and periods. Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights you have under applicable law. Customers in Canada, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and other jurisdictions keep all statutory warranty rights provided by local law. Where local law gives you greater rights than those described here, those rights apply.
Returns
We offer a 45-day return policy, counted from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items should show minimal use. Please don't ship returns to the address on the label—contact us first and we'll send return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.
