Shipping, Taxes & Duties
1. Shipping Origin
Canadian & International (excl. US) orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
US orders ship via USPS from the Pacific Northwest (PNW)
2. Order Processing
We typically hand over shipments to our carriers within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a small business, processing may occasionally take longer. If you are in a rush, please email us or send an Instagram DM and we will do our best to expedite your order.
3. Local Pickup & Dealers
We do not have a physical storefront for public pickups at this time. However, shipping within Metro Vancouver is very fast—usually next-day if ordered before noon PST. If you need an urgent pickup, contact us and we may be able to organize a meeting at a nearby location.
Alternatively, many of our Canadian dealers keep inventory in stock and offer in-store pickup.
4. Canadian Shipping
We use various couriers to ensure reliable delivery and avoid potential postal strikes. Unless a specific carrier is selected at checkout, we will choose the most efficient option based on speed and cost.
- Greater Vancouver: Typically shipped via Canada Post (1–2 business days).
- Outside BC (Metro Areas): Typically shipped via Intelcom/Dragonfly. They offer Saturday delivery and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
If you have a preferred courier or need express shipping, please let us know before ordering.
5. United States Shipping
To provide a seamless experience, we use a logistic service to shuttle US orders across the border so they can ship domestically via USPS. This ensures all duties and tariffs are paid before the package reaches you. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
For faster US delivery, consider ordering through our American dealers. Velo-Orange (East Coast) offers various shipping and pickup options.
6. International Shipping (Excl. US & Canada)
Standard international shipping is handled via tracked PostNL. Delivery typically takes 14–30 days. If you require a faster service not listed at checkout, please contact us via email or Instagram.
Note: Customers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, and taxes for orders outside the US and Canada. We strive to minimize these charges where possible; if you receive unexpected charges, please let us know so we can better accommodate your country in the future.
7. Customs & Taxes (US & Canada Only)
Our products are made in North America and fall under the CUSMA trade agreement, meaning there are no applicable tariffs. We ship all US and Canadian orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is the final price—guaranteed.
If you are charged any additional fees for a US or Canadian delivery, contact us, and we will cover them.
8. Tracking & Notifications
Every order includes a tracking number! Please allow a short window after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to update.
9. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us via email or Instagram. While some delays are outside our control, we are committed to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible.
10. Shipping Rates
- Canada & US: FREE shipping on orders over $25 (CAD/USD respectively).
- International: $8 USD flat rate.
