Warranty
At Fauna Components, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
Even outside of this warranty period, feel free to contact us—we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be in a sellable condition, free of significant damage
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at info@faunacomponents.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason, and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions as stated above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
