Carry more stuff!
The Fauna Cargo Cradle adds serious carrying capacity to almost any bike. It combines our Handlebar Bag Support, XL Cargo Cage body, and Kitty Collar into a modular system that's stable, lightweight and easy to set up.
By mounting to the steerer tube rather than the handlebar, the load tucks under the bar instead of in front of it. This improves stability and clearance, especially with narrow drop bars.
The included "kitty collar" is designed to clamp onto the 1-1/8" steerer. It has two steel pins that "key" into the handlebar bag support below. This prevents the cradle from rotating.
The all-metal 304 stainless construction is durable and has incredible fatigue life. Accidents happen, and stainless can be bent and straightened without failure.
Compatibility
Requires a threadless 1-1/8" steerer tube with at least 13 mm of available stack. Not compatible with bikes that have cables routed along the steerer (typically high end road bikes). Bikes with cables going through the headset and exiting at or above the headset may be compatible — contact us if you have questions about your specific setup.

How it's made
The people behind every Fauna product are based in Vancouver. Final assembly, quality control, packaging and fulfillment are all done in-house at our factory. We source as much Canadian content as possible, but since Canada doesn't produce stainless steel domestically, we partner with manufacturers in both Canada and Asia to produce metal components to our specifications.
We think this balance lets us maintain a supply chain we're proud of while keeping our products accessible. Down the road, we hope to bring more of our production in-house.
